Yes -- I know it's slower than dirt -- but how do I do this and get it into flash?
I've got a case where we don't want to use the compact flash or mmc card.

The technique is exactally the same as the one I wrote up in the documentation for upgrading the boot loader.
It basically involves generating an image for flash (i.e. starts at physical address 60000 hex), loading it into RAM at a2000000. (using an offset and S-record loader).
Calculating the number of Flash sectors to burn (based on image size), erase number of Flash blocks, program number of Flash blocks using the boot loader commands.

If you are using a Connex its easier to just add a netCF card configure hardware dword, download and flash via Ethernet, remove netCF and change back hardware dword.
If you are using a Basix its easy to just boot from the SD/MMC card (although it might be a little slow).
